Local Delivery (Within Malaysia)
Pos Laju shipping fee within Malaysia :
Peninsular Malaysia RM10 per parcel
Sabah & Sarawak RM14 per parcel
Note : Estimated weight for our garment is 700g.

Duration for parcel to reach you :
We will post all orders via Pos Laju within 1 - 3 working days once payment is completed. Tracking number will be emailed once parcel is posted.
If you do not receive your order within 5 working days, please do not hesitate to email us at to help you track your order.

International Delivery (Singapore and Brunei only)
Pos Laju shipping fee to Singapore and Brunei :
Singapore RM55 (below 500g).
Brunei RM48 (below 500g).
Note : Estimated weight for our jubah is 490g.

International shipping method :
Singapore and Brunei orders are posted via SF Express. Transit time is within 3 – 5 working days. Tracking number will be emailed once parcel is posted.

  1. Return are accepted if returned within 3 days of order receipt for local and international. Only cloth that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in sellable condition can be returned. Any product that you want to change is subject to availability.
  2. Shipping cost are borne by the customer.
  3. Sale items and purchase made with coupons are non-returnable.
  4. We do not provide refunds. You can only change for another products within 3 days of receiving the goods provided it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unscented condition with all tags attached. If there are any price differences, you have to top up the differences.
  5. Customers are advised to notify us at hotline number 011-10249409, 011-10259409 by quoting the order number and product details before continue with shipment for returns.
  6. Items that are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted. We will sent it back to the customer.
  7. If customer received the wrong item, customer need to return the wrong item to HQ then only the right item will be posted.
  8. Picked up package service can be requested provided customer bare all the charges by the shipping company for the pick up.
  9. Lisa Adam do reserve the right not to allow the return of products of any transactions although the condition above is met.
  10. All sale item will not be given boxes and Lisa Adam reserve the right to alter this subject matter at any time.
  11. All refund on items or postage will be done every end of the month and a 7 days on the following month gap given is much appreciated.
